Slouching no more! Join Sondra every Tuesday morning for 30 minutes of chair yoga. You will learn simple moves to get the most out of your seated time. Stretch, twist and let go of all the pain from sitting in a chair. Start your day off right with ease! Pull up a desk or table for additional support, modifications will be advised.
